Don’t miss Battleship TEXAS’ night of patriotic sparkle and fun as she lights up the sky to honor our nation’s history. The legendary Battleship TEXAS will launch the Island’s America 250 festivities, Friday, July 3rd with a dazzling drone display, gun turret salutes and fireworks show from the Port of Galveston. This event is FREE to the public.

6:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Public viewing will be at Pier 21 (2100 Harborside Dr., Galveston TX 77550) or anywhere along the wharf.

6:30 PM – Free public event begins on Pier 21! Visit booths from our friends, partners, and sponsors and get ready for the action.

7:15 PM – 8:15 PM – Live music on Pier 21.
8:30 PM – Battleship TEXAS sounds her whistle.
8:45 PM – Battleship TEXAS sounds her whistle again, followed by a 14″ gun salute.
9:00 PM – Drone show begins.
9:15 PM – Fireworks begin.
9:25 PM – Battleship TEXAS fires her guns the last time for the night.
